Matterport is the industry leader in virtual tours and is famous for its “Dollhouse View.” The process for creating a Matterport 3D Virtual Tour involves creating 3D scans throughout the entire space to create a “digital twin” of the home. Potential buyers can then view a 3D Dollhouse View of the home, view the floor plan, view a Guided Tour of the home, or take a self-guided tour through the home.
